Very professional from the start. A difficult time of year to purchase over Christmas so a few stumbling blocks but Tracy kept everything on track as best she could. Once the festivities over she was more than helpful in pushing things through for us, keeping us updated in every step and helpful with questions etc back and forth to the vendor.
