We used Joel Osborn, LJ Hooker Raymond Terrace to sell our home in Raymond Terrace last spring and he was outstanding. Before choosing a Real Estate Agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The LJ Hooker Team stood out as the best Raymond Terrace has to offer: their natural rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on the internet easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Joel and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information on comparisons in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was situated on a small roundabout would be tough to sell. Joel made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Agents don't (but should), giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract at the list price within 3 months of listing and taking into account this period was very slow for selling we were very impressed. We accepted the offer and Joel walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Liam is a very well informed and knowledgable individual, well versed on the real estate situation in his area. He kept me informed throughout the process and when I did have questions, they were answered promptly. I was provided constant updates and other possible avenues of attack, always trying to sell my property at the right price in a short period of time. It was a great help to gain a realistic appraisal of my property's worth and to hit the market with an acheviable price to begin negotiation. People wont visit a property that they think they can't afford and Liam was a great support in deciding on an advertising price and sales techniques to get people through the door.
