A pleasure to deal with
Joel was professional, honest and on point with every step of the process, from the first viewing to handing the keys over. The ultimate professional
Tracy is a personable agent and we felt as ease with her from the start. She was knowledgeable and at all times professional. From the outset, I was given a clear understanding of what to expect (sales prices of houses in my area, etc) the potential costs involved. Help (with contractors) to get the house ready for sale, etc. Potentialy a veritable mine field, made do-able with minimal drama.

Superb smooth transition
Fantastic approach to selling mother in laws home Changing the configuration and great fresh ideas got the house sold in no time. Would recommend Tracy for sure so much so that will will use her ourselves on our own home next year
