my experience with Liam was good he was easy to deal with
Liam's experience with the market was second to none he really knew what he was talking about with all the property's that they had on the market. once we decided to purchase the property Liam couldn't do enough to help out in anyway possible. I would recommend Liam to any one that says they are looking to sell/buy

Liam was at all times professional, friendly, helpful and prompt.
My husband and I had been looking at properties in the Port Stephens area for a few years. Unfortunately this was made difficult by the fact that we were searching from afar and any questions or enquiries we made about properties were not answered in a personal manner. Until we met Liam, he was at all times friendly, professional, courteous and friendly. Liam made us feel at ease and we felt like a part of the community before we even bought our property. This was so important to us as it was such a big decision and a huge move for us to make. Liam helped us through the process of buying our property with ease and was so prompt returning our calls and answering questions. I would highly recommend Liam to anyone either buying or selling their property.

Liam was very genuine, professional and personable.
Liam understood my desire to purchase the property. He communicated clearly each step of the way, understanding time restraints. Liam was very thoughtful and considerate of the assistance and advice I required. Liam was great to deal with

It was a very hard decision for us to make to sell our property which had been our home for the last 20 years. Due to the death of our favourite horse and the loss of our parents we thought perhaps it was time for us to move on and try a different lifestyle. Due to the contamination problems in our area at the time we were uncertain if we would even be able to sell. We chose L J Hooker Raymond Terrace as we had originally purchased the property from the office. Our first contact with Tracy was a phone call to advise we were thinking of selling and asking for advice. As Tracy had recently sold a property in our area and had another one on the market she was very helpful and confident about us making a sale. From our first meeting we could see how professional Tracy was, she was extremely knowledgeable and put us at ease. Once we had agreed to go ahead it all ran very smoothly, paperwork signed, photography done, listed on the internet, and the first open house, there we were selling our property. Tracy ran open houses every week, brought clients out in between the opens, all the time keeping us up to date with everything that was happening. Our property sold much quicker than expected and for a higher price than expected. We cannot thank Tracy enough for all her hard work and advice, at times it seemed we were not doing enough and she was doing everything for us. She made the experience much easier for us and way less stressful than it could have been. We would highly recommend Tracy to sell any property, she has a passion for what she does and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She is one of the nicest people you could ever meet and I think L J Hooker is lucky to have her. Thanks Tracy !!!
