I am really thankful to have had Joel as my agent. He handled the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property for me. Every part of the process went very smoothly, with Joel. He organised an open house for the property I was selling and it sold quite quickly, which was great considering I was purchasing another property and didn't want to lose the one I wanted to purchase. Joel helped me find a great unit for me, in a lovely setting. Joel communicated well with me, keeping me in touch with every step of the process. Joel and his team at LJ Hooker Raymond Terrace had been looking after our rental for 18 months and were fantastic in communicating between us and the tenants and made sure things went smooth and easy going. Then when it came time to sell the house , Joel made it so easy for our sale to begin and in no time at all we had people through our house putting offers in. The communication between Joel and ourselves was second to none with constant calls and updates on offers and bookings for more potential buyers. When it came time to negotiating a price Joel made sure he knew what our price was and he came back with an offer that we were very satisfied with.
