Lan was very accomodating in showing us the property at short notice. Since we were from out of town and had limited availability to visit properties this was very important to us. As we hadn’t sold yet we weren’t in a position to immediately make an offer but Lan kept in touch with us to see how we were going. As soon as we were able we made an offer that was accepted. Lan kept us in the loop the whole time.
