Lan was a great agent to work with, communication was excellent throughout the sale process. He was very helpful in ensuring everything was ready for settlement and was happy to arrange anything that needed fixing. I would say that his valuation on properties tends to be high, however we did achieve a sale price at the lower end of the range. All in all, Lan is a excellent option to sell or buy property with, and I would recommend him to others.

It really says something about the quality of an agent when you choose to transact with them on multiple occasions. We have now purchased and sold property with Lan from Our City Real Estate multiple times and have always been happy with the results. Communication is strong so you know where things are up to, they were accommodating with multiple open homes, and Lan found a balance between getting a good outcome for us while being accommodating for purchasers.
