There was never any doubt that I would only choose Lan to sell my home and he was the only agent I approached. He is honest, reliable, and has a great work ethic. He was very sympathetic to the emotional side of selling my home and aware of the huge decision I have made of moving interstate. He was diligent and completely in touch with market and I was impressed with all the prompt communication. Kind enough to explain everything and available to settle any queries at any time.He always kept me informed of negotiations and processes. Lan also helped me purchase my home in Victoria, even looking at houses for me and making suggestions. He regularly rang the agent and conveyancers to make sure “I was right…” and helping through the deposit bond process. He didn’t have to do any of this at all. This personal service gave me great piece of mind. Lan also sold my daughter her first home and thoroughly looked after her too. Nothing was any trouble. I always felt Lan has your best interest at heart and not after a quick sale. I cannot thank Lan enough for his honesty, thoughtfulness, support and transparency throughout this huge process for me. It shows what a genuine person he is to deal with and I am very happy with the outcome Lan secured for me.
