Lan was capable of knowing the market and property I'll give him that. However I did not like any interaction had with him. When I first met him at the open house he seemed unenthusiastic and felt like it was a problem me asking questions. He walked away mid conversation and continually fussed over the pool mechanics. He did organise the B and P report but did not allow them access to everything so had to get them back. All in all the house sold us not the salesman.

There was never any doubt that I would only choose Lan to sell my home and he was the only agent I approached. He is honest, reliable, and has a great work ethic.
