Lan’s service was impeccable. Helpful, available and attentive to detail. He helped us prepare our home and garden for sale, marketed it effectively and kept the lines of communication open at all times. I would commend him to vendors and buyers alike.

Dealing with Lan and buying our first property in Orange was a seamless process. He and Will were punctual and professional. It was all a really quick turnaround from our first inspection to making an offer and getting contracts exchanged which can be a little daunting but Lan made it easy. Would definitely sell through him in the future or seek advice on the local market.

Selling a home can sometimes be a pretty wild experience, but Lan and Will handle the whole situation with ease. Their knowledge of the market and their accuracy with price point should not be undervalued or overlooked.

Lan made himself readily available, even outside business hours. We felt that he went over and above our expectations in this regard and this was very much appreciated. Due to work commitments, it was not always easy for us to be communicating during business hours and this flexibility was most beneficial. Lan did his best to accommodate all our requests, he was always punctual with meeting times and provided honest feedback to our questions.

Will and Lan at Our City RE were friendly and easy to communicate with. Going into the exchange I didn't have high hopes for real estate agents in the current market... but the experience with Will and Lan was actually positive and I would be happy to recommend buying through Our City RE to others. The experience featured good communication, honesty and a feeling of talking to an actual person, not a money-slave robot.

Lan is from Orange, who grew up in the area, and knows the real estate market well. Lan provided good feedback with respect to the property type that I was searching for.
