Lan and will very professional, helpful and friendly knows the Orange market advised us as to the valuation and what to list our house at taking their advice we listed our home and sold at full asking price in 4 days. We Had 2 other agents value ours house and although valuation all the same Lan was the only agent to keep in touch with us and kept us informed all the way.
