Our City provided us with highly professional service, particularly Will, who promptly responded to all my queries, even after business hours! He respectfully explained the process and guided us through our first homebuying experience. All interactions were of the highest quality and Will's attention to detail is excellent. We would definitely recommend Our City for anyone looking to purchase in Orange.

As challenging as the housing market is at the moment, Will got to know us and kept us very well informed about the sale. We were incredibly lucky to get our house in Orange and we have Will to thank for that. Working with him was very easy.

We had a painful experience buying our first home, but we where lucky enough to have Will as our real-estate agent. He took all of our 100 calls a day and made sure he was there for us every step of the way. We can never thank him enough for his professionalism, and caring attitude. Without him the whole experience could have been awful, but he made it great.

Following settlement of a property we purchased purchased through Lan and Will, they well and truly went well beyond any expectations of ours - arranged for a trailer load of firewood to be delivered, repaired the fireplace, cleaned the carpets, and arranged for a cleaner to clean the house. Cherry on the top was when Lan came over after work on out first night and made a fire - legendary! Look out other agents, these guys are a breath of fresh air and we wish them every success.

Dealing with Lan (and Will) has been an overwhelmingly positive and hassle-free experience. They were prompt in providing an original appraisal of our property, took the time to understand, and showed a genuine interest and enthusiasm in our requirements and motivation for selling, and clearly articulated the sale process, valuation and their recommended marketing approach. Once on the market they were quick to provide feedback, kept us reliably informed and updated throughout the sales process. Overall, dealing with Lan (and Will) has been a great experience and we would happily recommend them.
