We first met Will at an Our City open house, after five minutes of chatting he grasped what we were seeking and suggested a home that was about to hit the market. We drove past and agreed that we'd like a viewing. On inspection it ticked all of our boxes and within a week we'd had an offer accepted. Will's ability to understand what we were looking for and suggest the right home for us made the new house search a breeze! Lan was fantastic to deal with through the process of selling our first home. We discussed (at length) how we'd like to launch our property on the market as well as who we thought would be our key demographic.... He executed so well that the property never even got to market and was 'Under Offer' after one inspection. If we were told that we'd have the property sold for 99% of the asking price before it officially hit the market we would have considered that a great outcome. We got that great outcome! We'd definitely recommend Lan (and Will) to friends and family when they're looking to sell their property.
