From the outset, Mark and the entire team at OC Kensington were fabulous. Mark's knowledge of the inner eastern suburbs and Georgie's organizational skills and support throughout the whole process were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are always available when needed. We were more than pleased with the final result and would recommend Mark and his team without hesitation.

Sam and the entire team supporting her at all times provided an efficient, responsive and reliable service. We haven't been involved in the property market for many years, so Sam provided clear, honest advice and displayed a broad knowledge of market conditions. She provided timely and direct responses to our questions, always respecting our wishes and concerns - a delight to deal with! I wholeheartedly recommend Samantha Hirniak and OCRE to anyone looking to sell their property.

We met Gianna 4+ years ago when we bought a property which she was the selling agent. We recently utilised Gianna's services to sell a property. On both occasions we have found Gianna consistent, clear, concise and thorough from both sides of the fence. Gianna has a sincere ability to be personable and professional at the same time, thank you!

Daniel & the team at Ouwens Casserly are amazing! The marketing produced which included beautiful evening photos, signboard, brochures & social media presence were all a big contributor to its successful sale. There were a number of similar homes on the market at the same time however my property sold prior to auction and for $73,000 above the reserve. Daniel & Kris were in contact daily and work together well, making the sale of my house fun and exciting despite it being a stressful task.

Daniel's sale plan was like a military exercise, everything that was planned was delivered like clock work. Daniel is very professional, is a great communicator and leads a great sales team. Daniel at the very first meeting when he made his presentation, made us feel relaxed and confident in his abilities that he would get the best result possible. My siblings were very impressed by the way he respectfully kept them informed after every open. We have no hesitation in recommending Daniel.

Daniel is polite, respectful, honest and trustworthy. Daniel delivers on his promises. Daniel's knowledge of the local market is very impressive. His ability to match a property with a prospective buyer made it possible to achieve the sale of my house without going to the market. This current sale through Daniel has been the most stress-free that I have ever experienced.

This is our third house sale with Daniel Richardson. It’s all about trust and engaging the right person who listens and provides good insight to the market and area of sale. Daniel ticked all those boxes for us with our first sale and we had not a doubt at all to hand over the sale of our loved family home of 30+ Years to him where with his professionalism, understanding of the area and most importantly our needs he secured a fantastic outcome for us.
