It was a pleasure dealing with Daniel, who was clear, detailed, honest and open with all details and aspects of our purchase. We would have no hesitation in recommending him as a trustworthy and efficient agent.

I think one of the best things about any Agent is that they know their product and Daniel knows his in Spades. He researches the area you are selling in like he has been doing your suburb for years. His attention to detail is bang on and he has the most likable demeanour that is so genuine that it sits well above most Real Estate Agents which is just so refreshing. Daniel is the only Agent that I entrust my property with :)

Amity provided a friendly and professional service from initial inspection through to completion. Despite some circumstantial complexities arising during the purchase, Amity kept us informed throughout. She understood the significance of purchasing our first home and was diligent with her communication. A very pleasing outcome was achieved - thank you Amity!

Joanna was clearly well informed about the market in the Thebarton area and the drivers of buyers in that market. Her reporting after open house events was exemplary. She remained energised and enthusiastic during the selling period, which was very time consuming. She showed her flexibility and concern for the sale by calling in help during opens attended by large numbers of people. Joanna sold us the house the subject of this sale approximately 12 years ago and has supported us with valuations and advise on the property over that time. I have no hesitation recommending her for the sale of property in her area of expertise.

We have recently purchased a property through Amity, she was a delight to deal with, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. She was quick to respond to any questions, kept us informed at all times and we even managed some sneaky interior decorating advice. I would highly recommend Amity and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase or sell another property with her in the future.

Joanna was thorough and professional from the start to finish. She was spot on with her market knowledge and price for our unit she sold. We love Joanna's realistic and no frills approach and how she 'just takes care of everything'. Joanna went above and beyond her role, taking care of other aspects to make our life easier. Joanna's communication was extremely thorough, touching base via text, email and phone calls to all parties involved. Flawless and worry-free experience. Our family will always use Joanna for our real-estate needs. Such a lovely and humble agent, which is what we look for.
