We originally purchased the house through Nick, about 7 years ago. Prior to selling, we'd spoken with Nick regarding options available to us, as the property was for investment purposes. The thing we liked most was, he wasn't pushy, told it as it was, and kept us up to date. We really didn't put our place on the market, like a traditional sale but Nick was able to get it sold at a better price than we thought. He's a little quirky, definitely enthusiastic about selling houses and we're more than happy to have had him sell our property
