Both bought and sold with Nick. He's a great guy, very friendly supportive and shows great integrity. He worked hard for us, very quick to respond and very accurate in all areas. Communication was outstanding and he gave us an amazing stress free sale, much quicker than expected. An around nice guy and enthusiastic about his clients. I highly recommend him as an agent and person. Thanks Nick

We had a challenging property to sell. Nick was never despondent, he was confident the property would sell, and it did.

Joanna marketed our place at a realistic price to meet market demand and produced better than expected results. She is very personable and insights trust in the seller and the buyer. A fabulous result and we would have her sell a property again.

Nick has been fantastic to deal with in relation to the sale of our property. His knowledge of the market, contacts and database sales method worked well for us. We had our home under offer on the second open and this was done purely through his client database, ensuring primarily serious buyers turning up to view our home. Nick's level of communication has been great and he was always contactable if we needed to speak with him.

From the very start of dealing with Nick we felt very confident with his knowledge & ability and we weren’t disappointed. Any time we contacted Nick he got back to us in a quick and timely manner. He’s very professional, helpful, courteous and will do anything to assist you in this stressful time of purchasing a house. We would be happy to recommend his services to anybody.

We were very impressed with James's quiet, discreet and professional manner. We liked the way that he progressed through the sale process with honest feedback about the benefits and costs of alternate approaches. We were very happy with the work he put in on our behalf and the enthusiasm he displayed. Once we had an expressed interest in the house from potential buyers, he handled the negotiations to achieve a very satisfying result. We would do business with James again, either buying or selling, and recommend him without hesitation. Christine and John Rattray

From day one, start to finish and everything in between, Nick and his team took the pressure off the often daunting experience often experienced by many when selling your property. A very professional approach and understanding of the market with empathy for the doubts and confusion that often creeps into your emotions when taking what for many is a huge step in one's life. Well done and thanks to you all for a very happy outcome.

My wife and I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and dealt with many agents. Nick and his team were definitely one of the most honest and reliable agents we have dealt with. They were always available to answer any questions and were happy to help out with all of our requests at short notice, ensuring the whole sale went smoothly. Pleasure to deal with. Great Job.
