Michael and myself would like to thank Nick for a job well done. From selling our house to finding us a new one. He was always on time and gave great advise. We would definately recommend him. Thanks again Nick. From Kathy and Michael Stanfield.

Jo did a great job throughout the whole process of selling - she was most understanding when we had to postpone then bent over backwards through the sale to ensure we achieved a result that was more than we expected. Highly recommended...

Nick is highly respectful, flexible and truthful agent. He helped me to make informed decision and kept very healthy boundaries - many agents display pushy attitude, but Nick provided space for me to make my mind for which I am very grateful. Thank you Nick for your emotional maturity, relaxed and trusting state towards client and selling/buying dynamics.

It's been a long road for our family, Nick has been there from the beginning. Always supportive, honest and definitely patient! His knowledge paired with his passion has made it a pleasure to work with him. He's always got a simile, looks on the bright side and somehow has a nice way of keeping it real even if I wasn't! His results are amazing. I can't speak highly enough of Nick. It will be a shame to finish business! Thanks Nick so very very much.

Nick took the time to really get to know us and understand what outcome we wanted. Nick’s knowledge of the Willunga area and database of buyers meant we had an amazing turnout to our opens, and as a result a fantastic price for our home. Nick kept us informed at every stage, nothing was too much trouble. Nick and his team provide nothing but the best service, and I felt confident during the entire journey that we would arrive at the desired result, a big SOLD sticker! Thanks Nick, Tristan, Kylie and Julie.... team 3xP for the Hatric (third great sale result for us from Nick!)

Nick and his team made selling our house easy. They were all friendly and very helpful. We were kept up to date through the whole process. We had complete confidence in them and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark knows the Burnside area extremely well and can analyse the current market and home accurately, pricing accordingly. We looked for an agent with this knowledge but also importantly strong negotiation skills. From the time you first meet Mark through to the sale Mark has the right balance between being thorough and assertive without aggressiveness. Our house sold after two openings which has allowed us the freedom to quickly focus on our future. Thank you for your effort Mark. Cheryl and Jon Reeve

My house sold at the first Open Inspection - mind blowing. Nick explained the sales process so well and his "styling" suggestions were spot on. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team of Kylie & Tristan.
