Nick has become s firm friend during the process of selling us our home in Willunga. That means he has ticked all the boxes and is a trusted and hard working negotiator who we trust implicitly. The other members of his team also provided us with friendly and efficient attention.

This was the first time I had bought a house in Australia and James made it so easy. He is knowledgeable and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. He kept me in the loop the whole way. Both my inspections of the property were outside the open dates and I had to travel a week after the viewings but he helped make the sell happen in that time with prompt communication with the seller and myself. Highly recommended.

Oliver was clear, purposeful and inspired confidence. We were impressed with his dedication and professionalism.

Our initial contact was with Ollie which is why we chose Ollie over an older more experienced agent. As it turned out Ollie was at a conference when the house went on the market and the advertising and sale of the house was done by Ollie's assistant...we were happy with this out come and happy with Ollie with initial contact.

I would recommend him to any person seeking an agent, he went the extra mile. If and when i sell again he will be my first phone call.

I had put off selling for a while thinking it was all 'too hard' and would take too much time and energy. After my first meeting with James I felt this would not be the case, and James did not disappoint. We had a reasonable offer within 6 days of launch. James was brilliant from start to finish. His communication is exceptional, always answering calls, or returning them within the hour, even outside of business hours. His style was fabulous for a control freak like me as he kept me up to date every step of the way so I never really had a need to check in and see how things were going, all the while reassuring me we were on the right path. James is definitely the asset you need to sell your asset! Needless to say I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to sell.

From the time we first met Nick up until negotiations were completed, we felt confident that Nick was working for us. Everything that he told us he followed through with, every piece of advice that he gave us benefited us with getting a sale and he was always honest in his discussions with us. Although we were a little unsure of a couple of things associated with the marketing, in the long run they paid off and we were very happy with the outcome of the sale. It was great to have an agent who would listen to our needs and if we did differ from his, Nick would provide advice on the best way to undertake the way we wanted to proceed. Would definitely recommend or engage Nick if needed.

James exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him. James was open and transparent throughout our sales campaign. He provided an exceptional level of detail and knowledge of the market and interested parties. We felt that our property was a priority for him and anyone who wants a positive experience selling their property should consider James as their agent!

We just arrived in Australia. The house was the second house we went to see. We immediately felt comfortable with Alistair. He put us in touch with a finance consultant to help with the loan, arranged the attorneys etc. He made the entire process really easy for us and came to us to have all documents signed. We will always be thankful for how he helped us secure a new home and help us settle in Australia.

Gianna was a pleasure to deal with. Gianna made the sales process efficient and stress-free even with us overseas during the sales campaign. With up-to-date feedback and information we knew exactly how the sale was tracking and at no time felt like we were away. I highly recommend Gianna for anyone selling. She is professional, courteous and clearly loves her work.
