I don’t do reviews , call me old fashioned , but I expect people to do their job in a professional manner. However , having been in the Real Estate Business myself for 35 years with my own business , both in the sale of Resl Estate and Conveyancing I must say Nick’s manner is excellent, he is knowledgeable , direct in discussions, down to earth friendly, engaging openly on all levels of communication and negotiation , his follow up is excellent, and I must say he is entertaining!

A big thank you to Nick for getting us a very fair price on a slightly difficult property to sell. We nearly have up hope but Nick never did getting us the price he originally quoted

Thanks to Nick and his team for helping us to achieve our goals. We were not an easy client to say the least! We listened to Nick's advice over the last 18 months, and he was spot on. Nick knows the southern suburbs area like no one else, and he is very very honest - something we really appreciated. We would not hesitate to use Nick again and wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a Real Estate agent. Thanks again Nick. Kind Regards Lee & Amanda

Our experience with selling our home in Seacliff Park and moving to a Retirement Village in McLaren Vale has been totally positive. Nick and Tristan kept us completely informed during the whole process. The price we received at auction ( which Nick conducted ) was excellent and both Nick and Tristan gave us excellent advice and encouragement during that time. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

From the first time we met him James displayed a deep commitment to doing his very best to sell our house without ever being pushy or over zealous. He is a fantastic communicator, contacting us frequently and making us feel that we were being kept in the loop at all times. He explained all processes for the marketing and selling of the house via auction and guided us through all options and "what ifs". James reported to us at each step and followed up extensively with potential buyers after each open. James' and Ouwens Casserly's extensive experience and contacts provided us with some unique markety opportunities which James utilised to maximum effect. I would not hesitate to highly recommend James Robertson as an agent

We purchased our unit through Ouwens Casserly, with Dylan Lynch as the agent. Dylan has a relaxed and easy-going manner (which helps put clients at ease) while still being very professional. Dylan returned our calls promptly and attended efficiently to any issues we had. We have no hesitation in recommending Dylan and Ouwens Casserly to market a property as they present as a stylish, professional and caring agency.
