Ben has proven himself to me as a knowledgeable agent and a professional one as well. Have been dealing with Ben since 2012. He has met my expectations, as to be honest I'm an old soul and very demanding when it comes to a real estate agent managing my properties. My first interaction with Ben was 2011 when I first purchased my property. Helena was the agent at the time of the sale but Ben went out of his way to assist me as well. Second property I purchase Ben was the leading agent and what I asked I got. I was specific with what I wanted within the property, and that's exactly what I got, including my 3rd purchase. He has proven to be both professional for the vender and the purchaser as I have been both (recent sale of my property May 2021) When Ben called me and advised me that he worked hard and got me an offer that was above my expectation, he sure wasn't wrong. The sale of the property was a smooth transition and all my expectations were met. I'm still a loyal customer as Ben and Helena still manage the rest of my properties and they do extremely well. As they say first impressions last. When I first got in contact with Helena, it was to organise a private viewing as I was driving in from Sydney and literally had no weekends off, and back in those days it was rare to have an open house during the week. Helana was onto it straight away, as I was the buyer back then and she was doing everything possible for the vendor to get as many people in as possible to sell the house, and that's the first thing I noticed. Going above and beyond is the work ethics everyone should have. Long story short, I've purchased 3 properties in sanctuary point since then and it was all from OZ realty sanctuary point dealing with Helena and Ben. I would call them and say, "im looking for a particular property in a certain part of sanctuary point and this is my budget", and off to work she went and delivered the goods. Till this current day both Helena and Ben manage all my properties (current 2021) so i can assure you this is a genuine review.
