As they say first impressions last. When I first got in contact with Helena, it was to organise a private viewing as I was driving in from Sydney and literally had no weekends off, and back in those days it was rare to have an open house during the week. Helana was onto it straight away, as I was the buyer back then and she was doing everything possible for the vendor to get as many people in as possible to sell the house, and that's the first thing I noticed. Going above and beyond is the work ethics everyone should have. Long story short, I've purchased 3 properties in sanctuary point since then and it was all from OZ realty sanctuary point dealing with Helena and Ben. I would call them and say, "im looking for a particular property in a certain part of sanctuary point and this is my budget", and off to work she went and delivered the goods. Till this current day both Helena and Ben manage all my properties (current 2021) so i can assure you this is a genuine review. Keep up the good work as you do and that's why I've remained a loyal customer till this day as I know my properties are in good hands. As for my recent sale of a property I was over the moon with the final sale price.
