Yaz guided us the whole way. She was extremely patient, helpful, informative and is full of fantastic strategies to not only achieve the maximum sale price but to make the process as stress free as possible. We couldn’t be happier with Yaz and the outcome.

I found Helena to be be confident and extremely knowledgeable. She was quickly able to assess the value of my property and suggest a sales strategy. The property sold very quickly. Throughout the contract process she kept me full informed and worked well with the solicitors for both parties. She said she enjoys talking to people and this is evident in the friendly way she goes about her job. She is backed by a solid team of other professionals. I was very happy to have done business with her.

From the moment we met Loren he supported us through the process of buying our little investment property down the coast. He was informative and honest about the property and made it easy to negotiate with the seller. We would definitely buy or sell through Loren again, he’s genuine, knowledgeable and super helpful!

Yasmin was very patient and helpful with us as we were very ‘green’ with purchasing procedures. She always made herself available to answer any questions or to clarify anything, at anytime of the day or evening. Great communication and was very down to earth and honest. Very professional.

We met Loren on New Years Day 2021, when he very generously gave up his holiday time to meet with us. He was straight forward but not pushy, informative and exceptionally helpful. He found us our forever home and we couldn't be happier

Helena was always available to listen to our needs and concerns. She was never too busy to take the time to sit and explain things to us. Helena said she had people on her database who were looking for a house like ours and she was true to her word. The house sold on the first morning and Helena kept us up to date throughout the rest of the process. I also have to thank Jen Thompson who came with Helena for the photos. They did an amazing job of moving things to make the photos look great. Only problem was it took me days to find some things that they had hidden.
