Yazzie is the only choice as a local seller in my opinion. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the area and a quiet determination when it comes to selling your property. I was very happy with her continued efforts selling my mum’s home, utilising her contacts to continually market the property when inspections were slow. Thanks Yazzie for getting us a good price and making this emotional journey a little easier.

Loren and the team at Oz Realty have made this an easy process. They provided us a honest price expectation and achieved an amazing result quickly. We have now Purchased and Sold with Oz Combined Realty and we would do so again without Hestitation.

We recently sold our home with Yasmin Keller and was delighted by the ease and professionalism shown by her. Nothing was too much trouble for Yasmin to explain and she kept in touch with us on a regular basis, which was comforting in today's market. We would highly recommend her.

10 years ago, July 2015, we purchased our little beach shack in Vincentia. We were a nervous young couple with a couple of kids and Yaz held our hand when we purchased at auction. Fast forward 10 years, knocked down the shack, built 2 stunning high end duplex’s and Yaz sold the first one for us in just 3 days in 2024, and have just sold the other a week ago, in a market that was extremely difficult at best. Yaz didn’t flinch at all, took up the challenge and knew exactly what needed to be done. Our journey has been an eventful one and we would not have done it in any other way. We can’t recommend Yaz enough. Knows the south coast, understands the market and always always keeps a cool calm and collective demeanour which is just what the buyer or seller need when making big life decisions. Well done Yaz! Who knows, we may just head down coast again in the near future, and we’ll certainly be contacting no one but Yaz.
