We first met Loren when out walking where he was posting a for sale sign and he gave us his card. We noticed it sold within a week and thought he was the person to sell our house. From our first meeting he told the true state of the market and gave us a realistic price for the house. He laid out the sequence of events for my wife and I and that was exactly the way it went. We sold within a week and got the price we wanted (mid valuation). Loren kept us updated every step of the way and quite often called us outside of business hours to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Loren is a very approachable person with outstanding interpersonal skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone and in fact I did to our next door neighbour who also used him to sell her home. A most trustworthy person who is highly motivated and efficient in all his endeavours, a great agent.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had my property on the market for 8 months with another agent and received no offers or enquires throughout that time. I made the change to Robert who suggested a few changes as to how we market the property and came up with strategy. He had the place listed within 3 days, and 2 days later we had our first offer, and another a few days after that. Robert then followed up with both parties and moved the matter along to a quick exchange. The communication throughout this process was outstanding. Could not recommend more!
