We have known Robert for a long time. Not only did we purchase our house with Robert we sold it with Robert 16 years later. Robert communicated regularly, was a trusted partner and worked hard for an outcome, we would work with him again any time.

Yasmin was available when we needed advice and was more than helpful when we wanted to bring a builder with us to have a look at the property. Our initial offer was below the market appraisal, but was still considered as a serious offer. We eventually lifted our offer to meet the market price. Yasmin managed this negotiation very well. I am very happy to recommend Yasmin to others.

Yaz Keller was committed and focused on selling our property. She understood the house, the area, its best selling points and marketed it accordingly including fantastic photos, brilliant communication and absolute commitment to us the sellers and to the buyers. We highly recommend her. Thank you Yaz.

I highly recommend Yaz Keller, as the person to look after the sale of your property. I found Yaz to communicate clearly and precisely at every stage of the appraisal, marketing and sale process. Yaz is highly professional and created a lot of confidence that she would do the best she could with the sale of our deceased Mother's estate. I am thrilled that we chose Yaz.

We came across Yaz several times while looking for a new home in our area. She was always very professional and one of the very few who only had her sellers interest at heart. We were delighted to buy a property from her in the end and also now selling our home with her.

Working with Jaz was really easy. Apart from our initial meeting, I had very little contact with Jaz, yet she managed to sell my property for a reasonable price in a very short time.

Yaz is a great agent who knows her market. She provided good, useful advice on valuing and preparing the property for sale. She is a good communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. Our house sold after the first open house and we were happy with the result.

No-one works harder than Yaz. She is successful and she deserves it! My property was sold and exchanged within a week; in fact the initial exchange was at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon! How's that for service and tenacity? OK we all know commissions are pretty steep, but if you want results, Yaz should be the first person you consult about selling; and if you are a buyer, her knowledge of the market over (I think) 16 years is unmatched. I don't know how she keeps doing it, but she assured me she loves the work, so I guess that's the secret - know your job and do your absolute best!

Yaz was very proactive in selling our house. She gave excellent advice that was informed by her extensive real estate experience. We appreciated Yaz’s enthusiasm, energy and expertise.

I purchased my home through Yaz over 10 years ago and after deciding to knock down and build, Yaz was the first person in mind. Yaz stayed closely in touch and the planning for the eventual sale was from when the build commenced. On completion of the build Yaz sold my home within 4 days on the market and achieved a sale price that was $50k greater than what we expected! Professional, bubbly and knows the area like the back of her hand. There is no one else I would allow to manage the sale of the most important asset for us. Hats off to you Yaz, amazing result, great approach and as a person, second to none!

Selling your home is one of the most stressful emotional things to do! We started the journey with another agent in which after 9 months was unable to sell! We then hired Yas which proved to be the best thing we did. Yas was the most professional, knowledgeable agent, her communication to us was nothing less than excellent. Yas made herself available to us anytime and gave us the assistance to get the property sold, which yas did in less than 3 months. Please take our advice and go with Yas at Oz Realty! Yas is a class above all else. Thanks Yas
