I'm a big believer in getting 3 quotes. Ben from Oz combined Realty Sanctuary Point was my third and final. I had to a certain extent already made up my mind with a previous salesman.  But than he walked in and from the start he noticed the best features of the property, the expense and time put in into property. I had more confidence in him getting the right price for my property  Ben was really positive of the area and even said when selling in Sanctuary Point, you need a sanctuary point real estate agent. The area is improving at an exponential rate and record sale prices will confirm this. He guided me through the whole process.  Took extra time with working with the photographer to get the best shots. Would highly recommend
