Helena is very knowledgeable and has a lot experience in selling houses. Nathan and myself have never sold a property, we felt completely comfortable and confident with Helena through our whole selling journey. She always kept us informed on next steps and never over promised. It was such a quick sale and we Thankyou very much, would 100% recommend to anyone looking at buying or selling a property. She will go out of her way to find the property of your dreams or the price you deserve. Thankyou again

We met Helena at Oz after an absolutely horrendous experience where we were lied to, stuffed around and extremely frustrated by a different local agent. Helena totally turned our experience around and has made the purchasing process the easiest, most hassle free it could possibly be. We are purchasing from 5 hours away and she took this into consideration and made paperwork etc as easy as possible. If you’re looking for a genuine agent who will look after you, look no further because you have found her.

We could not fault Helena's experience and help in our recent purchase. We purchased sight unseen from Hervey Bay in Queensland and Helena went out of her way to provide a floor plan and details on the property before it even went to market. It was the perfect property for us and we are very happy with Helena's assistance in getting a difficult contract exchange and sale over the line. We could not be happier with our purchase and owe it all to Helena's involvement.

Yaz, was a wonderful and very helpful agent to us. Many other agents has been rude over the phone, not very helpful, and some don’t even bother to call back. But Yaz, was very lovely and listen to what we where looking for. Once we found the prefect property for us she really listen to our needs and worked together towards our goal. It was fast and efficient communication. We would recommend Yaz to anyone selling or buying .. you want to work along someone you can trust and wants the best for you. A lovely agent

When I first met Yaz at my home I set a price well above market value. I refused to drop even a dollar from this price for weeks and Yaz kept working and got the price! Hard working and knows the business!

Yaz knows the local market extremely well and always has one ear open so she’s on top of things. She is an absolute professional in her job and is a pleasure to deal with, always available to answer any questions and assist in any way possible. Would not hesitate to recommend her.
