We found Yasmin to be very easy to communicate with and professional. She has a very high knowledge of the south coast area and real estate in general. She arranged an inspection for us at short notice, followed by phone calls and video calls. Yasmin won my confidence and trust from day one. She was punctual and took me through the agency process involved in placing my property in the market. Soon after I signed the agency contract, she was busy arranging the marketing and advertising of the property. In all her follow up she was so professional and I was most impressed. Much to my surprise I received an offer almost immediately . She certainly looked after my best interest in negotiating a reasonable figure and today the property is sold and the settlement is schedule for the 23rd March.
