Professional, warm and motivated
I have no regrets choosing Kaye to represent my property sale. As an interstate vendor who had not seen the property for over 2 years, I was able to trust her to guide me through the process and take care of its condition and appearance. She was always available by phone or email and kept me updated on everything. She was committed to achieving a sale, and was both flexible and fair in her approach and strategy.

Kaye was professional from the start, laying out all the pros and cons and giving us a very accurate picture of where the market was at. Her advice on price ranges, how to present the house and which tradies to use, was invaluable. She was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date with news on prospective buyers and their feedback after the open for inspection days. Her demeanour was calm and not pushy, yet she pointed out the facts and, ultimately, she was spot on. I will highly recommend Kaye to anyone I know that wants to buy/sell property.

Very professional, good communication and a great knowledge of the area.
Kaye was the agent for the property we bought (downsizing) and we were so impressed we asked her to act for us in the sale of our house. Kaye has a great work ethic and was aways on the ball. Her knowledge of the real estate market in our area was first rate and was always easy and open to talk to. We learned to trust her very quickly. Our house sold before auction at a price we were very happy with.
