I contacted Mark after seeing a property he had sold similar to mine, had checked his reviews and was a little bit skeptical. After a few minutes on the phone I realized I had possibly found a real estate agent I could trust unlike some that I had dealt with in the past who promised sales figures that were not achievable and then when the low offers rolled in blamed the property or the market or us. I was very impressed he had an excellent understanding of our property and inspired me to seriously consider him. On signing a few days later I was hoping that I hadn't made an error and I was amazed that his enthusiasm didn't wane. First inspection the day after listing we had three offers all below our figure but he assured me that it was early. Three days later he phoned and over the ensuing hour he negotiated our sell price on excellent settlement terms. This was no doubt due to his knowledge of the property, his skill at identifying a genuine buyer and sale and also advising and listening to us as the seller. Would recommend Mark 100%
