Andrew saw our Docklands flat was for sale and rang to say he had some buyers who may be interested. He listened to what we wanted ie no redecorating, no staging and minimal advertising costs. He took the buyers through, we got the asking price without marketing costs, staging or refurbishment. Andrew then organised the conveyancing. It was all very professional, easy and efficient and very cost effective. Andrew kept us informed along the way and It was a great experience. We would highly recommend Andrew - a great Estate Agent!
