I was a completely clueless first home buyer asking what was probably a million ridiculous questions, majority of which, I'm sure were common knowledge for most people. Jan answered every single one, even going so far to tell me each time they were good questions, with nary an eye roll or a condescending tone. Patience of a saint. At the very first property inspection he pretty much wrote out a whole guide with what I needed to do from making an offer to finding a conveyancer. Jan is personable, exceptional at his job and perhaps most importantly, seems to be just a genuinely good guy. I would 100% without doubt or hesitation recommend Jan for buying/selling your next property.

I recently purchased a home which was marketed through Jan at Paradise Property Group in Cairns. I have purchased a number of homes in my times and this was easily the best buying experience I have had. Jan’s communication is excellent and is not pushy at all, clear direct communication which cut down on the back and forth and made it a very simple transaction, which is quite rare! He even arranged for me to meet the vendors BEFORE settlement to discuss some quirks with the house, which agents never usually allow. I would not hesitate to recommend Jan.
