Sean greatly assisted me through the peculiarities of mortgage porting and the associated conditions (contracts of sale and settlement to occur on the same day), in particular his engagement with the vendor and conveyancer to ensure that all parties signed the appropriate documentation on time. Sean's professional service did not stop at settlement. Sean and Jan extended their office hours into the evening to enable me to travel interstate and collect the keys on arrival. Sean has since provided assistance with contacts for tradesmen and local services. When family moves to Cairns, I shall seek out Sean as either a Buyer's agent or in his capacity as a real estate agent for a vendor. I unreservedly recommend Sean and his team to both vendors and buyers - he is the best real estate agent that I have ever encountered by far.
