When it comes to real estate agents you will be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Sean. He is quite outstanding in so many ways. We have been looking to down-size to an apartment for sometime. But it had to be a very special place; a large, spacious, private etc etc. Throughout this search Sean has been incredibly patient, understanding and the epitome of diplomacy. He was unstinting of his time, always available. And when it came to financial/legal/administrative negotiations his in-depth knowledge and expertise was invaluable. Sean is extremely personable and seems to be able to iron out all the pitfalls and make what can be a daunting experience for many, a pleasurable and stress free exercise - including us!
