Rebecca approached me with ready to go cash buyers who were willing to pay above market to secure my investment property and I wasn't even looking to sell. The sale price was an offer to good to reject so I made the decision to sell. The buyers are cash, unconditional and a 2 week settlement. My tenant moved out during Covid lockdown and with my baby less than 6 months old, it was very stressful situation for myself since I could not visit the property myself.
