Michael is very committed sales agent. He made himself available to my phone calls after hours, weekends and even when he was sick or on holidays. He offered advice on quick improvements to the apartment, sourced quotes and dealt with tradesmen. His communication was outstanding, he provided updates after each inspections by phone and through a Vender Report by email. He is very professional and easy to deal with.
