Michael is very committed sales agent. He made himself available to my phone calls after hours, weekends and even when he was sick or on holidays. He offered advice on quick improvements to the apartment, sourced quotes and dealt with tradesmen. His communication was outstanding, he provided updates after each inspections by phone and through a Vender Report by email. He is very professional and easy to deal with. I'm happy to recommend him to anyone selling a property in the area.

Melissah has been extremely helpful in my purchase journey. She was very accomodating and made time to let me see the property around my busy schedule. It was an area I was not familiar with, so she took time to show me around the property and the grounds, and then to give me pointers about the local area. Her knowledge of the complex and the area really helped convince me to proceed. During the negotiation process, she was very efficient and responsive, making the process as quick as possible, removing as much stress as could be possible in that situation. She also really helped by giving me reliable estimates for renovating the property and recommending excellent trades to help get it done well, and navigate the appropriate strata and building approvals. Overall, the before, during and after experience has been so much better than I would have expected.
