Rebecca approached me with ready to go cash buyers who were willing to pay above market to secure my investment property and I wasn't even looking to sell. The sale price was an offer to good to reject so I made the decision to sell. The buyers are cash, unconditional and a 2 week settlement. I couldn't have asked for a better scenario given market conditions and rate rises. They also bought as is without having to stage or market the property. Great work!!
