Her knowledge of the complex and the area really helped convince me to proceed. During the negotiation process, she was very efficient and responsive, making the process as quick as possible, removing as much stress as could be possible in that situation. She also really helped by giving me reliable estimates for renovating the property and recommending excellent trades to help get it done well, and navigate the appropriate strata and building approvals. Overall, the before, during and after experience has been so much better than I would have expected.
