At all times during the sale process, Melissah was very communicative, and the weekly vendor updates were very comprehensive, showcasing the hard work that was done to secure the sale. All leads and follow-ups were thoroughly documented and I felt very much part of the process. At all times, I was confident that the sale of my property was in good hands and that Melissah was working on my behalf to achieve the best result. At the start of the process, Melissah gave me a price guide for my property, and this was the exact amount that the property sold for. Melissah also recommended renovations (and really helped with the logistics and tradespeople) which maximised the price I received. Really recommend Melissah, a terrific experience!

I dealt with Melissah on the buy side and from that experience knew she was a real pro, so when it came to engaging an agent and for a sale she was on the short list. She is frank and straight up and to the point which I appreciated. She has a very experienced in the local market and anticipated the profiles of buyers and the most likely buyers. She provided detailed feedback on after each open viewing, I had a buyer and a fair price within a week on the market. She managed me well throughout the process. Rebecca was involved on our final inspection and handover. Wanting painters, she arranged the whole thing so that we moved in to an apartment that felt brand new. She took all the stress away of moving into a our new home.

Michael is a very nice agent. He professionally recommended properties that fit our requirements. Unlike other agents, he never asked us to increase price during contract signing stage, even there's competitors.
