Melissah and her agency managed my property for 11 years prior to me selling it. During this time they were professional to deal with. I always felt that they were fair in their dealing with the tenants, while ensuring my best interests were served. During the sale preparation and process Park Properties could not have handled things better. They guided me through preparing the property for sale in order to minimize the time it would be on the market, and gave me realistic guides as to what price I might achieve. I am incredibly happy with the service I received from Melissah. We spoke with three agencies and although Park Properties was the most expensive, we believed Park Properties would provide a premium service and that Melissah knew the value of our property and how best to sell it. Throughout the process she was in regular communication, provided feedback after every viewing on the potential customers and we achieved a record price for a one bedroom apartment in the complex.
