Excellent service
Melissah and the team at PP were great during the sale of my property. They were highly communicative and helpful at all stages. Melissah was also the person I dealt with when I rented same property. She was always on the ball, friendly and found excellent tenants. Highly recommend this outfit.

Market whizkid!
Given the difficult period Sydney has been in since May/June all advice given by MM was perfect. Decided not to sell unless I was satisfied with the price. Thanks

One of the Best
Park Properties has been one of the best property managers we have used in the last 10 years. Account management information was timely, accurate and contained all the information we needed to allow us to manage the financial aspect of this property. I would highly recommend Park Properties.

Great agent who is great to deal with
Mel was great to deal with throughout the process of buying my property. She is honest and friendly and was always available to speak when required. She made the process exciting and actually low stress, which is rare when buying a property.

Excellent agent.
I purchased the property with the help of Michael McCaffery. I really only dealt with Melissah after I owned the property. Dealing with Melissah has been a delight. She keeps me informed, deals with correspondence and all management that is required. Melissah gave excellent advice on having the property rented with suitable tenants and made my part easy. The accounts are flawless and there were no surprises. I can unreservedly recommend Melissah McCaffery as an agent for a Sydney Park Village property.

FANTASTIC AGENT
Melissah comes with the highest recommendation that I can give, She was honest, upfront and nothing was ever a problem. She negotiated a price for us that was well above the bottom line that we were happy to accept in a declining market. She and all the staff at Park Properties are a delight to work with.
