I found that Melissah has an extensive knowledge of the Sydney Park Village complex as well as what buyers are looking for. She was able to use this knowledge to offer great advice for the minor renovations and styling that would most appeal to buyers that come through the complex. Once we followed her advice, we were originally scheduled to do a campaign of 4 weeks open homes then an auction. However on day 2 after listing she took a buyer from her database through our unit. On the same day she was able to facilitate an offer that we were very happy with, then we exchanged contracts that same day. So my wife and I were very impressed with how she managed the whole sales process and thanks to Melissah we achieved a great result.

Melissah has struck up an amazing deal for us selling our unit, the final offer blown us away and even much higher than in the peak of the Covid boom we don’t think we can get a price higher than that. She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, skillful in negotiations and so well thought out in her strategy, presentation and even when we were naive and stubborn about our conventional renovations method, she was patiently and persistently explaining to us so we can go for the best way to renovate our unit, and we did, thanks to Melissah. Her expertise, the ability to connect buyers through different situations are very unique to her that we don't see other real estate agents have. We also see every other sale she made very well due to this ability. She was extremely intelligent and switched on by incorporating our new floor plan with new unexpected features with interior styling that she had given directions to the third parties suppliers. She was also thoughtful and looking after other buyers and understand deeply their needs and interests.
