I found that Melissah has an extensive knowledge of the Sydney Park Village complex as well as what buyers are looking for. She was able to use this knowledge to offer great advice for the minor renovations and styling that would most appeal to buyers that come through the complex. Once we followed her advice, we were originally scheduled to do a campaign of 4 weeks open homes then an auction. However on day 2 after listing she took a buyer from her database through our unit. On the same day she was able to facilitate an offer that we were very happy with, then we exchanged contracts that same day.
