It was difficult living 4 hours away but made easier by Dan and his team keeping in communication by phone, texts and email. They reported back promptly after all open days. Dan also had a great network of people that were able to do jobs and tasks that we were unable to complete or sort out being so far away and time poor! We enjoyed their friendliness and ease of running the sale of our house. We would recommend Dan and his team to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Dan Bennett is a very friendly, approachable agent. He is easy to communicate with and kept me informed on the sale at all times. My block of land took a while to sell, but he was always positive and looking for new leads and following up any existing ones when the price reduced slightly. We had the comforting pleasure of selling our home through Pavillion with the amazing agents "handsome" Dan and his "sexy side kick" Lauren! Both were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great market knowledge and super nice people. Dan was prepared to go over and above to help prepare the house for sale and gave some great tips and even offered to lend his own time and personal tools to complete some of the jobs that needed to be done before the sale. We couldn't be happier with their highly professional commitment and genuinely friendly approach to us, their clients. They also helped us with some savy advice in regards to the purchase of our new home even though the purchase was not through Pavilion. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
