I am very please with the service and professional way Dan & Kate worked. I lot of good & bad feedback from buyers was always passed on and explained. The only thing I would suggest is maybe tone the quality of the photos down, although I agree it gets people through the door it also puts a lot of people off as they are expecting a new or fully renovated house and are let down when it is not the case. Dan Bennett from Pavilion Property has done an unbelievable job in selling 108 Taits Rd. The property was barely on the market for one month in which time Dan facilitated numerous inspections that lead to genuine interest in purchasing the property. Dan's communication skills were exceptional. He kept us informed at every turn and he made us feel there was absolutely zero chance of this property not being sold. He was right. His guidance on price range was realistic which resulted in us achieving a sale at the higher end of his recommendation. Sell with pavilion every time I say!!

To whom this review is of interest with no collusion with this company in any way we built 5 Town houses in Ocean Grove with the purpose of selling all five the short of this report we tried several companies over three years with minimal success selling two with a local company to one purchaser with the remaining three we thought to try this relatively new company in the area with great success within three month SOLD so we have put another in there hands to sell we feel this company tries hard keeps in touch that some others don't they seem to focus on what they have for sale .I can recommend this Agency
