I was very happy with the way Namita went about preparing me and my property in the lead-up to the sale of my home. I found her very sensitive to the fact that selling one's home, especially one that you have been in for many years, is an emotional decision. My only disappointment was the proposed late settlement charge to be imposed on me. It was the fault of my purchaser, but I felt obliged to forgo a charge to them. I guess that is my way of treating people. However Pauline organised prior possession at a high rental cost for which I was grateful.
