We chose Lindsay as he came up as the top selling agent for our area, and we wanted someone who could get us the greatest market reach possible, in an endeavour to achieve the best sales price in the shortest time. However, due to a BAL (bushfire attack level) rating, resulting from backing onto a small bushland reserve, many unforeseen complications arose that limited our potential buyers, eventual price and capacity to obtain a quick settlement.
