Tash was extremely professional, compassionate and dedicated to getting our recently inherited block sold at a difficult time for our family. She was organized, caring and proactive. The selling process was seamless. Couldnt recommend her more. Thank you Tash!

Shane was extremely well organised and proactive in selling my mothers home. He has a thorough knowledge of the market, was always punctual and communicated clearly. He understood our specific circumstances and how to maximise the price we eventually obtained. We were very fortunate to have such an excellent agent and to sell a rather tired house at a difficult time. He made a very difficult period relatively stress free. Many thanks Shane.

Tash was terrific for us. Really dialled into the local market, definitive and pragmatic advice, and highly responsive. We were very confident in her approach and she nailed it!

From the first home open I walked through with Tash I knew she was a good soul. Her professionalism and personality shone through, and made every house feel like a possibility. After months of visiting other home opens with pushy or expectant agents, it was Tash that kept us in mind, and encouraged us along to a home that she thought would be great for us. We were beside ourselves at finding the one! Her kindness and market knowledge was what found us our home in a competitive market. Best in the business, by far!

I appreciated Tash’s advice, and ability to read the market. She was no fuss and didn’t tell us to spend thousands of dollars getting the property “ready”, instead realising the importance of getting listed ASAP in the current market to capitalise on momentum.

After only two weekends Tash had the place sold for much more than the best offer achieved over two months with another agent.

Tony and Jade at Peard real estate were amazing to deal with during the purchase of our property. The service was friendly yet professional. Any queries were dealt with in a timely manner and being a first home buyer they made the process simple with clear explanation of all the steps involved. I highly recommend this team when buying or selling a property.

I’ve bumped into Tash a number of times whilst looking for the right property. I’ve found her to be friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. She’s not a pushy sales person which I really appreciate. Instead She allows you to enjoy the property and makes herself available for questions in a friendly, relaxed style. With regard to buying, Tash made herself available for every step of the process always responding to queries promptly and effectively. Tash certainly reduced the stress associated with buying a property.

Tash is adaptive, knowledgeable and committed to sale our house at the price we wanted. Communication was paramount and we always knew what was happening. She was working hard to make it easy as possible to get into our new home through her financial contacts.

I currently live overseas and cannot get back to Australia due to the Coronavirus I was reluctant to sell my property in Greenwood as prices had been greatly affected over the last few years I had know Sue for many years and she suggested a strategy to test the market I was fortunate to have Sue selling my property as she took care of most of the processes in leading up to obtaining a cash offer for an amount I was presently surprised with She was constantly in contact with all parties to obtain a quick settlement Listed on the 9/10/20 offer and acceptance on the 15/10/20 settled on the 8/11/20 Can’t get better service than that Thank you Sue Rowles

Julie was an excellent agent who I'd definitely recommend. I was overwhelmed with preparing the house for sale but she gave me some simple guidance and thankfully advised me to not go overboard spending money. As the Greenwood market had little houses on the market at the time she suggested I hurry my house preparations along, and she was right. Julie found some early buyers who came through and put an offer in before the house even went to market! Her knowledge of the area and general communication with myself throughout the time was outstanding. Definitely a great outcome for us.
