We recently sold our house in Greenwood and Julie Vincent was our agent of choice. She actually sold us the house we were now selling and we remembered her professionalism, her local knowledge and her no nonsense approach to selling and buying. Our house was put on the market only a few months before the coronavirus pandemic took hold. Julie worked tirelessly to steer the house sale through some tricky times. Our house was tenanted at the time and was only available for home opens once every two weeks which made Julie's job of selling the house more challenging. She followed every possible lead, gave us sound advice regarding price and the local market changes. She was open to troubleshooting each time we came up against potential buyer questions and she continued to work towards a sale all throughout the lockdown period. When we got an offer on our house , Julie expertly advised us through the negotiations and all of the ups and downs of house inspections, contracts, buyer questions and queries and bumpy settlements .
