Namita was outstanding in her enthusiasm and tenacity to sell Poynter Drive. The sale proceeded a couple of weeks into the Covid crisis so it was difficult to foresee how successful the sale would be - we need not have worried, Namita found buyers on the first weekend of the home open. The price achieved was much higher than are expectations. We thought Covid would have an influence but Namita's negotiation skills ensured we received the best possible value. I first met with Lindsay at my mums unit which needed to be sold. He arrived on time and brought with him an obvious sense of enthusiasm of wanting to help me achieve a positive outcome. After the initial discussion of what I as the seller could expect from the marketplace considering COVID19 was just making it's impact felt, Lindsay drew from his extensive knowledge of R.E. and offered indelible advice on how to maximise a result. He then diligently went through his presentation of why he and Peard R.E. could satisfy what I as the seller expected of an agent. Marketing costs and fees where also laid out which I considered extremely competative. Confident that Lindsay was the right choice I signed on the line without hesitation. During the following weeks Lindsay was in regular contact either with a quick call and also with his weekly email updates meaning I was always aware of how it was all progressing. Even with home openings limited due to the pandemic Lindsay was still able to find potential buyers to take through and considering there were fewer opportunities Lindsays charming personality and professional approach had its effect and ultimately a firm offer was made. Considering that other units for sale in the complex had historically been on the market for much longer periods and now taking into account the COVID restrictions I had expected to be waiting a lot longer to hear Lindsay calling me offering congratulations on a sale. Remarkably this took Lindsay under 3 months to achieve. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Lindsay to anyone looking to buy or sell property, he is undoubtedly the 'King' !

we phoned on the off chance just too see if we were able to see a house mid week, Lindsay say no oroblem and met us there within 30 minutes. We seen it again and put in an offer, when it was accepted Lindsay contacted us straight away and kept us fully informed through out the whole process.
