Rodney was awesome to work with, he made selling my property a comfortable experience, in a slow market. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly up front and kept me informed and updated throughout the journey. He went above and beyond even putting my bins out after I'd done work at the property and showed the house to potential buyers whenever someone requested . I could not recommend Rodney high enough, and would definately use his services again. A very positive experience.

We were very happy with having Rod as our agent to sell our home of 18 years. Rod was so enthusiastic about our home when we first met him and that made it easy to choose him to sell it. He was absolutely professional in every aspect and had a great knowledge of the market. Rod listened to what price we needed to achieve and he set the price for offers above that and he gave us confidence that we would achieve it even in the declining market at the time. We were thrilled to get offers before the first home open! Nothing was too hard for him even when it meant coming back at 11.00 one night so we could sign an offer. He was very helpful with ideas about presenting the house too He kept in touch with us regularly and any questions we had were responded to quickly. Rod sold our house for above our asking price after just three home opens. We were very happy with the whole experience and we would highly recommend Rod to sell your home.

I have worked a long side Julie Vincent 3 times now as both a buyer and seller of property. After seeing her approach from both sides I have no hesitation in recommending her as your agent regardless of whether you are buying or selling. Julie is a very fair person who has the best interests of both parties at all times. She is not a pushy agent and allows all parties sufficient time to ensure that they make the right decision for them involving the sale of the property. When selling, Julie provided some good tips for enhancing the presentation of the property to help make it more appealing to potential buyers. I will definitely engage Julie’s services again if I am in the market of buying or selling.

After deciding to sell my property to downsize, I looked at a number of 'home opens' to get a 'feel' for the market and see how different Agents worked, their strategy for selling and interaction with prospective purchasers. Without doubt, Julie knew the market, was excellent at communication and followed up on everything, especially the small details! When it came time to list my own home, I had no hesitation in just who I was going to use as an Agent! I can't speak highly enough of Julie, she was a total Professional, considered my best interest always and was caring and understanding during the emotional experience of selling a home and all its memories! Without any doubt, the service Julie offers is exceptional and she certainly obtained the very best outcome for me. I have bought and sold properties in three states of Australia and she is by far the best Real Estate Agent t I have ever used!

As a court appointed Administrator for a family members assets, the property needed to be sold in a declining market and limited time frame yet achieve the best result possible considering the condition of the property. Julie's market knowledge was immediately evident and her empathy to the families difficult position and her no pressure approach was greatly appreciated. Julie immediately took the challenge on with confidence, defining an excellent sale strategy and assisted us with a few additional issues along the way which she also found solutions for. Julie was recommended to us and we would appoint her again should the need arise and recommend her to anyone.
