I was unsure about timing and price when selling my property. I had spoken to a few agents and then Tash who provided me with some sound advice about the market and area which made me realise if I was going to list my property I would do it with her. Decided on Tuesday to list, Photos were taken Wednesday, Home Open on Saturday with several offers including a cash offer whish I accepted. Amazing! Tash was able to get me a price way over what I thought I was going to have to take in a tough market.
