When we decided to put the property on the market, it was a very emotional time for me because it was my mother's house and also, I had become quite ill at the beginning of the process. Diane promised me that I would have to do nothing, and she was as good as her word. The house sold within 3 days and all the follow-on work that was needed to be done, she did. Even down to organising the carpets to be done and the electrician to update the smoke alarms. She was always there for me and answered any queries or questions.
